Organoleptic Properties
Bright intense red color. Characteristic sweet aroma. Firm and slightly elastic texture. Balanced sweet flavor with mild almond-like notes typical of maraschino processing.
Ingredients
Cherries, sugar, glucose syrup, water, citric acid, preservatives (sodium benzoate and/or potassium sorbate), artificial red color (Red 40), sulfites as preservative.
