Organoleptic Properties
Deep orange flesh. Firm, very juicy and fine-textured flesh. Sweet citrus aroma with delicate floral notes. Intensely sweet flavor balanced by mild acidity that provides freshness. Contains few seeds or may be virtually seedless depending on pollination conditions.

Ideal for fresh consumption, fresh juices, salads, lunch packs, desserts, mixology, catering, premium retail and foodservice applications.

Storage and Handling
Store between 4 and 7 °C with good ventilation to preserve juiciness, firmness and shelf life. Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures below 3 °C.
