Sonora, Mexico.
Sonora Green Grapes traditionally mark the beginning of Mexico's table grape season, with harvests taking place from late May through July. Sonora's desert climate, featuring warm sunny days, cool nights and low humidity, promotes excellent sugar accumulation, firm texture and premium fresh-market quality. While several cultivars may be marketed during the season, the fruit is commonly sold simply as Sonora Green Grapes when the specific variety is not identified.
