Ivory™ grapes, SH-21 (Sheegene 21) variety, grown in California under the Miss Grape® brand, selected for their exceptional firmness, ivory-green color and outstanding flavor profile. Premium seedless variety developed to deliver a superior eating experience, featuring extraordinary crispness, high sugar content and excellent postharvest performance.

Organoleptic Properties

Translucent green flesh. Very firm and exceptionally crisp texture. Thin, easy-to-eat skin. Fresh aroma with delicate floral notes. Very sweet, clean and well-balanced flavor with subtle tropical nuances and excellent finish.

Suggested Uses

Ideal for fresh consumption, premium fruit platters, healthy snacks, lunch packs, catering, gourmet retail, desserts and foodservice applications.

Format

Foam box (FOM-BX) with approximate weight of ±9.2 Kg. Fruit selected for uniformity, firmness and strong commercial presentation.

Storage and Handling

Store between 0 and 1 °C with 90–95% relative humidity to preserve firmness, crispness and shelf life. Avoid sudden temperature fluctuations.

Freshness Criteria

Compact clusters, firm berries well attached to the rachis, uniform green color, smooth skin and free from dehydration or fermentation.
