Suggested preparation
Hot (300 mL):
Mix 5 g chai with 50 mL hot water.
Add 250 mL milk (dairy or plant-based).
Heat 2–3 minutes without boiling. Sweeten to taste and strain if desired.
Iced Chai:
Dissolve 5 g in 70 mL hot water; steep 2 minutes, cool.
Serve with 230 mL milk over ice. Sweeten to taste.
Guideline ratio: ~5 g per 300 mL finished drink (~1:60). Adjust to taste.
