Murcott, also known as the Honey Tangerine, is one of the world's most valued late-season mandarin varieties due to its high soluble solids (°Brix), exceptional juiciness and remarkably sweet flavor. Peru's coastal climate, characterized by abundant sunshine and minimal rainfall during fruit maturation, promotes excellent sugar accumulation, uniform coloration and outstanding export quality.
