The Hachiya Persimmon, also known as kaki fruit, is a cone-shaped variety with smooth, soft flesh, celebrated for its deep orange color and rich sweetness when fully ripe. Grown by Honey's Persimmons® in California, each fruit is carefully hand-harvested to preserve its creamy texture and naturally high sugar content.

When ripe, its jelly-like pulp makes it perfect for fresh eating, artisanal desserts, and gourmet sauces.

El Pérsimo Hachiya es una de las dos variedades principales de caqui cultivadas en California; a diferencia del Fuyu (que se come firme), el Hachiya debe madurar completamente antes de consumirse para revelar su dulzura y textura sedosa.
