Organoleptic Properties

Storage and Handling
Store between 0 and 1 °C with 90–95% relative humidity to preserve firmness, natural gloss and extend shelf life. Maintain the cold chain throughout storage and distribution.

Firm fruit with fresh green stems, glossy skin, uniform color and free from bruising, dehydration, cracking or fermentation.
