Organoleptic Properties
Bright red to mahogany-red skin. Light red flesh, firm, crisp and very juicy. Fresh fruity aroma with delicate floral notes. Sweet flavor balanced by mild acidity, providing a refreshing eating experience.

Storage and Handling
Store between 0 and 1 °C with 90–95% relative humidity to preserve firmness, natural gloss and extend shelf life. Maintain the cold chain throughout storage and distribution.
