Organoleptic Properties

Storage and Handling
Store between 0 and 1 °C with 90–95% relative humidity to preserve firmness and maximize shelf life. Ripening may occur at room temperature and can be accelerated by storing alongside ethylene-producing fruits such as apples or bananas.

Firm fruit with uniform brown skin covered by fine fuzz, free from bruising, dehydration or mechanical damage. Bright green flesh with no signs of overripeness.
