Organoleptic Properties
Crisp and compact leaves. Bright green color with reddish tones in the red variety. Firm, fresh texture. Mild vegetal flavor with slightly sweet and fresh notes.

Storage and Handling
Store refrigerated between 2–5 °C. Avoid crushing and prolonged exposure to room temperature.
